How To Cancel Your Scheduled Session
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@thevelvetbulltradingsociety.com at least 72-hours prior to the scheduled session time to receive a refund. Deposits will not be refunded for any requests submitted after the deadline.
How to Reschedule Your Scheduled Session
To maintain order, sessions can only be rescheduled by the host. Please submit requests to reschedule your session via email to info@thevelvetbulltradingsociety.com. Requests must be submitted 72-hours prior to the original scheduled session time. Sessions can only be rescheduled once.
Rejection and Cancellation Policy
Any session rejected or cancelled by the host is NOT permitted a refund. If a session balance is not paid in full by its deadline, the session will be rejected and cancelled. The Refine Your Strategy session is only available those who have already completed 3 alternate sessions. Prematurely scheduled Refine Your Strategy sessions will be rejected and cancelled.
Do I Have to Pay in Full Now?
No, you can select Book now to schedule your session. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24-hours prior to your scheduled session. Failure to pay the balance will result in the session being rejected and canceled.
How Do I Pay My Remaining Balance?
The remaining balance is paid by going to the Services page, adding your scheduled session selection to your cart and checking out.

I Already Paid but I Haven’t Booked My Session
If you purchase a session via the Services page, it is okay. Session prices on the Services page are reduced by $50, so if you already scheduled your session and paid your deposit, your session is now fully paid for and secured. See you soon!
Why are Sessions Only Available in the Evening?
Sessions are strategically offered during the Asian Market session because the market conditions are optimal for learning. If your personal schedule does not allow for later sessions email info@thevelvetbulltradingsociety.com for alternate session times [additional charges may apply for sessions scheduled between 11PM EST - 6AM EST].
